Everyone is talking about it, well at least I feel that I talk about it a lot. Waking at 3am is my particular malaise, others have achy joints – especially hips, there’s emotional rollercoasters, night sweats, hot flushes, belly fat, incontinence and generally feeling different, a bit off – not quite right. Less energy, a worse memory (who could have known it would get worse…!) and all manner of irritating side effects.
Yes, you guessed it – menopause.
