This upcoming workshop on anxiety came about by request — a few people asked if yoga could really help. And yes, it can. But not because of a perfect posture or a prescribed sequence. It’s in the how — how you move, how you breathe, and how you approach your practice.
Because if you’re rushing, forcing, or trying to “get it right,” your nervous system doesn’t get the memo. The real shift happens when the environment feels safe, when the breath slows, and when you stop fighting yourself.
It’s not something someone else can do for you. It’s something you gently allow, from the inside out.
