Following on from our previous workshop on Arms, Necks and Shoulders – we’ll begin the session with some fascia release for the upper body to help prepare the chest for Pranayama.

There’ll be passive supported poses as well as inversions to regulate the body, nerves and mind before we move onto some Pranayama practice to cultivate that beautiful, quiet, long lasting energy.
